The Dallas Mavericks retained CSL to provide a number of services throughout the planning and development phases of the American Airlines Center project. A primary component of our services included the development of a comprehensive arena business and financial plan developed by CSL in conjunction with the Mavericks and Dallas Stars. CSL's initial services involved an assessment of the viability of various locations for a new arena in the Dallas Metroplex. CSL also served as the Mavericks' primary arena development advisor, assisting the team in negotiations with the City of Dallas regarding the development agreement, lease agreement and other documents related to the Center.

As the project moved forward, CSL evaluated the market demand for potential premium seating options in the new arena through a variety of analyses, including a review of premium seating offerings and price structures in comparable arenas in other markets. CSL also performed surveys of potential premium seat purchasers to gauge the specific demand for upscale seating in the Dallas market.
