In 2006, CSL completed engagement with the City of Miami Beach to prepare an analysis of the potential economic impact of the proposed redevelopment of the Jackie Gleason Theater into a venue suited to host a new long-running production of Cirque du Soleil.

Our analysis included extensive interviews with project representatives and other interested parties, the collection and analysis of base data (including performances, attendance levels, spending, demographics and other such information) necessary to quantify some of the community-wide economic impacts that could be generated as a result of the potential Cirque production.
