CSL was retained by Washington State University in March 2005 to provide services related to a potential renovation of Martin Stadium that would include the addition of private suites and other premium seating offerings. CSL will begin by analyzing the characteristics of the regional market area and reviewing the historical operations of the WSU football program. Premium seating programs offered by stadiums and comparable universities will also be reviewed to identify recent industry trends. A number of telephone and personal interview with potential premium seating lessees will be conducted to gauge interest levels in seating at a renovated stadium. Based on these tasks, we will develop a recommended premium seating program to maximize revenue opportunities in a renovated stadium.
