SCOPE OF WORK:	Premium Seating Analysis Market Demand Analysis Economic Impact Analysis

The New York Giants retained CSL to perform a two-phased study related to the renovation of Giants Stadium and the development of a new stadium. In the first phase, CSL conducted a premium seating analysis in which more than 1,000 telephone surveys with existing season ticket holders, suite holders and local corporations were completed to assess the demand in a renovated stadium. In the second phase, CSL conducted an economic impact analysis to compare the existing impacts generated by the current stadium versus the development of a new stadium. As part of this analysis, total direct and indirect output, job creation and fiscal impacts were evaluated.
