Saint Louis University retained CSL in 2000 to conduct an analysis related to the viability of a new, on-campus arena for the University's basketball programs. The study included an analysis of the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the St. Louis market, the potential market demand and event utilization for a new arena and the related financial operating results that could be generated in a new arena.

The University subsequently retained CSL to update the original analysis in 2002 in order to obtain updated market and financial information.
