CSL was retained by the City of Seattle to provide a variety of analyses related to the future viability of Key Arena. CSL reviewed the historical operations of the Arena and provided comparisons of the facility's physical and operational characteristics with those of other NBA arenas. We assisted the City in evaluating various financial and funding issues related to potential renovation options. We also provided analyses related to the Arena's viability under several tenant franchise scenarios, providing the City with an understanding of the potential impacts associated with losing the Sonics and/or adding new tenants.
