The Minnesota Twins engaged CSL to conduct a premium seating study related to the development of a new ballpark. The study included detailed surveys of local corporations, the general population, and past group ticket purchasers. The surveys were used to determine the potential market for various premium seating options, including private suites and club seats. In addition, the results of the study were used to assist the Twins in determining appropriate pricing structures for premium seating as well as general seating and group ticket sales. Additionally, the survey was used to evaluate the impact of locating a new ballpark in St. Paul as opposed to Minneapolis.
