Bill is one of CSL's principals and serves as the director of sports services. Mr. Rhoda has been consulting in the sports and entertainment industry for 15 years. Prior to his current position at CSL, Bill served as a senior consultant in Coopers & Lybrands consulting practice.

Mr. Rhoda's experience has included a variety of project types ranging from major league sports facility development projects to international projects. As the director of the sports practice, Bill has worked with representatives from sports teams, government entities, development groups and management companies. He has provided analysis for clients ranging from the National Football League to large equity firms looking to expand into facility development. Bill's specific experience has included performing a variety of services to clients including:

• Assisting with the acquisition or disposition of teams
• Determining the market and financial viability for a given project
• Estimating the economic and fiscal impacts for a project
• Developing facility and franchise valuations
• Developing a market-supported premium seating program
• Assisting with facility development, vendor, sponsor negotiations

The results of his work have included successful facility developments minimizing the risk and maximizing the financial returns for his clients. Examples of this include the largest public contribution to a two-team arena project in Dallas, where the client was Hillwood (owner of the NBA Mavericks at that time). His services have also provided detailed reports on market, financial and economic viability of specific projects.

Bill has served as a speaker at a number of industry forums on topics such as maximizing revenues, the facility development process, impacts associated with franchises and facilities and the feasibility of projects.
