Mr. Patterson joined CSL's sports consulting practice as an analyst in early 2007. Since joining the firm, Mr. Patterson has provided consulting services to a wide variety of clients including government entities, private companies, major universities as well as professional franchises. The range of consulting services Mr. Patterson has delivered includes determining the market and financial viability of a project, estimating the economic and fiscal impacts associated with the development and operations of a project, identifying and developing potential funding sources, as well as a variety of other services related to the development and operations of sports facilities.

Previously, Mr. Patterson worked as an Associate in the Planning and Financial Services Group of Greystone Communities, Inc. While at Greystone, Mr. Patterson advised clients on the market and financial viability of complex real estate developments. Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Patterson worked as a Wealth Management Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative due diligence, as well as identifying and formulating investment strategies for clients.

In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Patterson has lectured at NYU on the feasibility of sports facilities. Mr. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in economics from the University of Oklahoma.
