Ms. Williams' experience in market demand analysis, facility sizing analysis, competitive and comparable facility analysis, economic impact analysis, financial analysis, facility operations analysis and project funding analysis has contributed to many in-depth analyses for assembly facility projects. The results of these studies have served as a vital reference tool for many public and private entities decisions regarding major event center planning and funding.

Studies that Jessica has been apart of have analyzed various planning aspects for a variety of facilities including: convention centers, conference centers, meeting venues, hotels and other hospitality buildings, exposition centers, performing arts centers, livestock and equestrian buildings, spectator facilities, sports venues, recreation complexes and other such facilities.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
