CSL engaged to conduct premium seating market study for planned Haymarket Arena

The City of Lincoln, Nebraska hired CSL to assess the market and financial potential of a premium seating program associated with a planned new arena. CSL will assess the market potential of premium seating options (suites, club seats, loge boxes, etc.) through a combination of research methods including surveys, focus groups, personal interviews and benchmark data from comparable arenas. As part of this process, CSL will also be analyzing the potential for a preferred seat donation program for the University of Nebraska, a key tenant in the planned venue.

The result of the study will provide the City and University with recommendations regarding the appropriate inventory of premium seating concepts; appropriate inventory of donor seating; recommended pricing and lease term structure; suggested amenity/service mix to maximize demand/revenues; and expected impact to the existing donor seating program.
