CSL hired to assess feasibility of new hockey team/arena in Dayton

Mandalay Sports and RG Properties engaged CSL to provide professional consulting services regarding a market and financial analysis for a new minor league arena and American Hockey League franchise to be located approximately 15 miles from downtown Dayton.

The feasibility study will determine potential market demand (event mix and attendance), financial operations (revenues and expenses), economic impacts (spending, jobs, taxes) and funding options (public and private) associated with the development of a new arena and operations of a minor league hockey team.
