RFP Issued for Development/Operation of a New Hotel/Conference Center at the Indianapolis International Airport

The Hendricks County Convention & Visitors Bureau (HCCVB) issued an RFP for qualified developers or development teams to plan, design, finance, construct and operate a quality hotel and conference center to be located in Hendricks County, near the Indianapolis International Airport. CSL has been assisting the HCCVB with its planning efforts concerning the development of a hotel and conference center since 2008. Originally retained to perform a feasibility studies regarding the proposed development (initially in 2002 and subsequently in 2008), CSL was recently retained again to provide advisory services related to the planning, evaluation and transaction assistance for the proposed public/private partnership project.
