CSL Retained to Conduct Feasibility Study for Potential New Community and Conference Center in Palmer, Alaska

In a stated effort to both add to the local visitor industry and enhance the quality of life for local residents, CSL has been hired by City of Palmer (Alaska) to conduct a feasibility study related to the potential development of a new community and conference center. Palmer is located approximately 45 minutes driving distance north of Anchorage.

Study tasks to be conducted include analysis of market demand, market supportable facility options, event levels, preliminary construction costs, site/location, financial operations, economic impacts and cost/benefits and funding alternatives.
