Bill Krueger

Bill Krueger is a Senior Vice President and Principal with CSL and has 29 years of experience with the firm, consulting on more than 700 projects throughout the country.

Bill has led studies and advisory engagements for a variety of projects related to convention, sports and hospitality facilities, as well as projects involving issues pertaining to tourism, destination development, public/private partnership (P3) transactions, and mixed-use developments.

Bill has directed studies in communities of all sizes, many of which have involved analysis of opportunities to expand and enhance communities’ ability to generate new economic activity and visitation. Grounded in a strong understanding of industry best practices, areas of project focus have included event facility development and expansion feasibility, facility/organization performance evaluation, community economic growth strategy formulation, destination development, and P3 consultation. Clients have included cities, counties, destination marketing organizations, chambers of commerce, state organizations and private entities.
