Joel Feldman
Joel Feldman has been with CSL’s public assembly facility and visitor industry consulting practice since 2006. Joel’s background in economics has helped a variety of clients envision and create facility development strategies on over 350 feasibility and planning studies throughout the country. Ranging from major metropolitan areas to emerging markets, Joel’s work has focused on providing critical insight to communities looking to both attract new economic activity and provide enhanced event facilities to improve the quality-of-life of area residents.
Joel has provided research and guidance on a variety of studies investigating the potential development or improvement of convention/conference centers, hotel conference centers, arenas, multipurpose equestrian, livestock and agricultural facilities, fairgrounds and exposition centers, indoor and/or outdoor recreational and sports tourism complexes, performing arts centers and other such facilities. The results of Joel’s work has included detailed reports on facility feasibility, strategic business planning, operational and governance recommendations, economic impact and cost/benefit analyses, benchmarking and best practices analyses, and facility and organizational funding recommendations.
