Noah Rutgers

Noah joined CSL as an analyst in 2021 with a focus in market demand studies, competitive and comparable facility analysis, data analysis, financial projections, funding plans, economic impact studies and other services. Since joining CSL, he has worked on projects for clients across numerous sports and entertainment sectors including tourism and destination development, public assembly facilities, esports, professional sports, collegiate athletics, amateur sports and attractions.

Noah holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing, with a minor in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
